Depending of the eating habits of the party, we also prepare:
Santorini Saute Pork/Chicken
(Santorini cherry tomatoes, peppers, feta cheese, joined
together with Vinsanto)
Fish Fillet a la Spetsiota
(Saute fish with fennel root, leek, spinach, tomato and star anise)
(Rice spiced with parsley, dill, mint and spring onion, wrapped in vine leaves)
Starting at June 1st, and every Monday,
Wednesday, Friday & Sunday at 11:30a.m. and 6:00p.m., with groups of maximum 15 persons.
The lessons are under the supervision and care of our experienced resident chef.
